Thanks for stopping by my site! My name is Jenny Rock and I am an 18-year-old home baker. In the fall I will be studying environmental engineering at Virginia Tech. Although my intended career path is not in the culinary world, baking has always been a major part of my life. At eleven years old the only thing I wanted for my birthday was a Kitchenaid stand mixer! Ever since then, I have used my mixer to created food I can truly be proud of. My hope is that my recipes can share some of my love of baking from my kitchen to yours!
Baking is a therapeutic experience that should never be stressful. I will always try and make my recipes as easy to follow as possible so you can enjoy the benefits of creating something amazing without all the hassle!
The recipes I post here are ones that are special to me and catered to the flavors I love. Many of these recipes can be changed to fit your tastes and dietary restriction. This is only a soundboard for your own creativity!
